As of 2020, Constellation Brands’ portfolio had only four brands outside the world of wines and spirits, and all of them were Mexican beers—Corona, Modelo, Pacifico, and Victoria.

As such, there was a desire to create and launch new, non-beer brands that could compliment and diversity their range of offerings in order to reach new consumers and serve up untapped consumption occasions.

Business Objective

  • 3 brands launched into test markets
    Additional 2 brands kicked-off in the pipeline

  • 4X revenue growth—$250K to $1M

  • Expanded into Wine & Spirits Innovation and
    kicked-off a NTW flavored whiskey brand

  • Secured initial conversations that led to Soulsight’s expansion into Beer Innovation after my departure
